Leave Happiness No Matter Where You Go! 

Happiness is one of the most contagious feel good emotions that we experience as humans. When you make others feel good and are kind, that kindness comes back to you. It is amazing how you can transform your day and spread happiness just by starting the day off positive by complimenting other, smiling and practicing random acts of kindness. What I personally love about random acts of kindness is that when you are kind to others it inspires that person to be kind as well. It starts a chain reaction that inspires others to help out those that are around them. This month make it your mission to spread happiness no matter where you go. You will begin to see an immediate change not just in those you are helping but also in the way that you feel, and the blessings that start to unfold within your own life. You have to remember that positive attracts positive try it and feel the difference! Below are some examples of some random acts of kindness I found on the Random Acts Kindness website that you can do to help inspire others. Doesn't it put a smile on your face just reading through the positive ways you can make someone smile?

Here are some Examples:

1. Send an E Card to a Friend or a CoWorker. It is free and will totally make their day knowing that you thought of them not to mention they will be so surprised!

2. Let someone go ahead of you in line. These days we are so in a rush it is healthy to take a min to slow down and be courteous to those around us.

4. Help a friend friend a job. This is one of the most amazing and rewarding things you can do for someone who is finding it tough in their career.

5. Write a letter to someone who has made a difference in your life and let them know. Sometimes you tend to forget to thank the ones we love, or to acknowledge the positive impact that they have made in your life. Take this time to show them that you care.

As a Psychic Medium I have been so blessed to hear the stories of those on "The Other Side" and have been shown a few glimpses of Heaven as they came through to connect with families that I have been honored to read for. First, it is important to know that death is not the end. Instead it is a new beginning for that person who has passed away, sort of like a trip around the world for that person who has passed on. According to the spirits who have passed on one of the first and most amazing parts of the their transition to Heaven is that everybody in Heaven automatically knows and loves one another. When a soul first crosses over it is like the ultimate family reunion as you are greeted by those who have passed away weeks, months and years earlier. Parents , Grandparents, Friends and Family are among the first that are their waiting. Even those family and friends who you had never got the chance to meet are there waiting to greet you. One of the BEST things about Heaven is that EVERYONE gets along! It always puzzles me when I tell families that their mother and father are together in Heaven and their response is: " Cant be! They could not stand each other when they were here". Well that might have been true BUT you have to remember that Heaven is not like here on earth. When a soul makes its transition into Heaven they have to let go of all the negative emotions such as anger, fear, jealousy and hate. If we brought all these negative emotions with us how could Heaven be Heaven? In order to transition a person must first forgive all those who have hurt them in the past and move forward so that they can live in harmony in Heaven and help those on earth by doing good. Those in Heaven are completely free of illness. All the pain and suffering that they have when they are here leaves them and they become "energy forms" which allow them to be anywhere they want at any given time. The beautiful thing about Heaven is that it is not a far away place, your loved ones who have passed on can see and hear you while you walk through your journey of life. The good news is that they can see things that are going to happen tomorrow so much more clearly than you see today. They are able to send you "Messages from Heaven" in the form of signs and symbols to let you know that they are there. Also all of our pets are with them as well! Horses, Dogs, Cats, Birds ect all join our loved ones in Heaven ( After all they are family as well). The good news is that in Heaven their are no such things as leashes . When a person passes away that person feels no more pain, unfortunately the pain is passed on to those here on earth as we cry and mourn their death. They are in a beautiful paradise and in the presence of God, Angels and reunited with family and friends who have passed away earlier. They are still able to visit you and communicate just in a different way. Always remember not to cry over someone passing, smile and know in your heart that they are watching over you. One day you will be reconnected again, but right now their message to you is to live the BEST and most positive life that you can here on earth they will be supporting you from heaven 100% of the way!

Your loved one in Heaven wants you to know that they love and care about you. So many times our loved ones pass unexpectedly or we don't get to speak to them before they passed, leaving you with the question: Are They Mad at Me?

The answer is no not at all, they love you. Please know that if you have had unresolved conflict or a disagreement with someone that had passed, they hold no grudges, just unconditional Love. When our loved ones pass and go to the other side they are all loving and non-judgmental. You have to remember that Earth is the classroom Heaven is Paradise. When someone passes they really don't go that far. Although they are not able to communicate by phone or through letters like we do here they send us signs all the time to let us know that they are with us. The good news is that you can speak to them whenever you choose and they are always there to listen. Even if you did not get to say goodbye or tell them how you really felt the time is never too late. You can speak to them now and they will hear you.

As well as being a gifted psychic and medium Matt Fraser feels his job does not end with reconnecting friends and family with their loved ones who have passed on. Each month Matt spends countless hours volunteering and hosting events and fundraisers to help give back to non-profit organizations. He feels that it is his mission to help make the world a better place in any way that he can.

In just the past year alone, Matt has helped numerous non-profit organizations and charities raise funds through his interactive and uplifting "Medium with a Message" events. It is his way of paying it forward and helping to support those organizations that have such a strong positive influence in helping the community. A few of the organizations that Matt has helped in the recent months through his live events include Westport Vietnam Veterans, Dana Farber via Pan America Mass Challenge, "Out of the Darkness" Suicide Prevention, Alzheimer’s Finding a Cure, Pawtucket Fireworks Fundraiser, and Forever Paws Animal Shelter. 

Forever Paws works to give the animals the gift of time. Many municipal shelters are so crowded that they can't keep lost or stray animals for more than a few days.
