I admit to having some proven psychic abilities, though I don't use them like I should. I was very skeptical of those who say they speak to people who've passed away. It still feels a bit crazy to me, but, I recently met a woman who channels people and she offered to connect with my mom, who passes away a while ago. Good Morning! Hope your day is starting off great. Its been a while since we last talked but boy am I excited to tell you all that has been happening. As you may have heard I was recently honored as guest speaker at the Annual Twin River Women's Expo. I was very fortunate to be able to pass some messages from heaven to those in the audience while on stage. During that time I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful woman whose Mom had passed and wanted to tell her that she heard her talking to her at night before bed, and wanted to let her know that she was watching over her children, and was so proud of the wonderful mother that she had become. She enjoyed watching her cook, clean and run the house the same way that she had done  and had taught her when she was here in the physical world. This just goes to show your loved ones on the other side have never left you, we feel it inside and know that they are forever watching over us. What has come as a surprise to me this month was how many people had asked me during the course of my events to please let their loved ones in Heaven know that they love them very much. Your loved ones on the other side hear you all the time, they hear you right now. Whether you are talking out loud to them or just thinking quietly to yourself about how much you love and miss them they can hear you at that exact moment and they want you to know that. So many times I hear the same message spoken and that is that they can hear you speaking to them and want you to know that they love you too. Funny story about this, during my last event at Johna's in Rhode Island I went to a table where a mother was looking to reconnect with her daughter who had passed. Of course her daughter came through right away with her witty personality and hyper energy , talking a mile a minute and teasing her mom about the Yoga pants she would always wear everywhere. The daughter kept saying telling me "Say Nicole, Say Nicole" so of course I had to ask" Whats with the name Nicole?" The table screamed, her mom was just telling everyone at the table seconds before I walked over about how she was supposed to name her daughter Nicole but went with Erica instead. It was just a validation that let her mom know that she was with her that night and indeed she could hear her mom speak to her and that alone was all the Validation that she needed. So I have to say again, its OK to talk to your loved ones, and I am sure if you listen closely enough you might just hear a message for yourself! I have to tell you I am so excited to be so active within the community fundraising this summer! It has been such an honor to have been chosen to help fundraise for Breast Cancer Research, Vietnam Veterans, Forever Paws, Alzheimer's Research and many more organizations! This is the perfect time to start planning some time to spend on yourself and prepare for the joy & excitement that the summer is about to bring. Many times during readings I hear the same message repeated from those on the other side " Take time to celebrate and enjoy life". It may sound simple but in fact its the truth many times you get so caught up with work , bills and household chores that you forget the hidden joy that each day brings that you can discover. Take the spring time to really focus on yourself and discover what you really like to do and what truly makes you happy. Incorporate these things into your everyday life , make the transformation and live life to the fullest this summer. Their are so many steps that you can take to start, reach out & make plans with friends and family who you lost touch with, plan short trips to the beach, park, or maybe even a community event where there is dinner & dancing, or just take time for yourself and spend it with your family cooking a meal together and then going to the movies. The possibilities are endless! Make the most of your free time, the more happiness that you make for yourself the more positive outcomes will follow which can lead you to new friends, new daily activities and  leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. You might even think about taking a small class to help meet new people with similar interests and to relax and have fun; for example: Yoga, Painting, Dance, Meditation, or you might even consider volunteering and helping out local organizations and take part in the joy of being able to lend a helping hand and make a difference in the community.
