The Key to Ultimate Happiness - Matt Fraser
One of the most important things that I feel must be passed on is the ability to create your own happiness within your life. You see most people do not realize that true happiness comes from within, not from a particular product, person or even relationship. The key to ultimate happiness in your life is learning to love yourself, and having self confidence while also setting positive goals for yourself so that you can move in a positive direction and achieve happiness in any category within your life. What we think about we can make happen within our own lives by thinking positive, setting goals, and thinking about what we truly want in life. You are the most important person in this world, no love can ever compare to the love that you will hold for yourself. So how can you love yourself more? First start off looking in the mirror each morning and thinking about all qualities that you have that you have that you love. Maybe you like that your hair is curly, maybe you like your smile, or your eyes. Whatever qualities you are looking at are the ones that make you unique and original, it sets you apart from those around you. Stay true to yourself by indulging in activities that make you happy, maybe you enjoy biking, or yoga, maybe you enjoy painting or volunteer work. These examples sound simple but sometimes it’s the simple things in life that will bring you great happiness. Friends and Family are also a key part of creating happiness within your life, by surrounding yourself with friends and family members who have similar interests and personalities it helps to bring out your inner light allowing your sparkling unique personality shine through more easily. You see by setting goals it gives direction for your future, by investing time in activities and hobbies it allows you to reconnect with your inner self and talents as well as helping to relieve stress, and by surrounding yourself with friends with similar interests it allows you to enter an environment that you trust as well as allowing you to be yourself and have fun. Your goals, hobbies, and friends are the essential building blocks to your road to happiness. Once you have these building blocks set into place it grows your support system and allows you start to attract more friends, opportunities, and relationships into your life. Its almost like you are creating the perfect world for yourself by being around like minded people and partaking in activities that you enjoy and feel deeply on a soul connection. By brining happiness into your life through friends, family and activities it raises your energy and helps you to feel happy to which you will pass that happiness on to everyone you say hi to and meet. Have you ever had a bad day and then someone walks up to you who is smiling and happy says “ good morning!” and completely snaps you out of it? That’s because that person has found their inner light and has found positive uplifting connections through friends, family and activities that they enjoy. You too can do this! There are no limits! Once you start driving on the road to happiness you can only gain more speed by meeting more positive people, trying new fun filled activities and achieving ultimate happiness within your life!
